Owned Pack Not Loading?

Starting yesterday, when I launch my game it will not load the Get to Work expansion. I only have one EA account, and when I check it there it says I own the pack and so won't let me download it. The game worked fine last weekend after I installed the update. Is there a fix for this, or am I just SOL?

Bym1971 Are you saying the pack is listed as owned and installed in the EA App? Have you tried repairing (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair) yet? And are you launching the game through the App or through Steam?
