"Pack download in progress" - but origin says it's complete

Hello, I recently installed Sims Toddler Stuff.  After the download and install, when I start Sims, I see the message "Pack Download In Progress".  None of the toddler stuff is showing up in my buil...

    Hi @TheUtopianCat

    try right clicking on the game in Origin and choose repair game.
