Pack items not labeled

I've downloaded 4 packs now that are installing fine and I have access to all the items however I do not know what the items are because they are not labeled in the same way as other pack items with the small pack icon in the corner of the object tile. I am also unable to filter by these packs and they show up as not existing, I do own these pack and the items are there I just can't work out what they are because I cannot see that they are part of that pack
