[Pack not released yet] Can't Download Horse Ranch Bonus Content?

I bought the new horse ranch expansion a few hours before release and when it finally released it came up on the EA app fine but when I try to download it to play, it just comes up with a ‘download error’. I’ve restarted and reinstalled the app and the other packs that I have along with clearing the cache but it’s just stayed the same. Can anyone help please? 😣
