Packs broke after repair

Hi, does anyone know how I can fix my game, after a repair all my packs are aren’t working, all I have purchased are gone and for some reason even after repairing many times, still broke. My sim has no skin, and others etc.

Any idea on how to fix it, was working no problem and then everything is all messed up
