So everytime i start my game, my packs are not loading in. I have deleted the cache and repaired it repeatedly. i removed my mods and cc and the problem has continued. this has been going on for about a month now. any advice would be appreciated
nimablair Do your packs show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? Please check and let me know. There are two separate issues that look like this—packs not listed as owned, and packs showing as installed but not loading—each with a separate master thread.
