packs not showing up in game

I closed my game on saturday, and when I opened it back up again and went to the load game menu, 40 of my packs were missing. I closed my game and repaired it, but they were still missing. I've repeatedly repaired it and the EA app.

all the packs are in my Sims 4 folder, I've tried moving them into a different folder and then putting them back in, but it doesn't work. yesterday, when I opened my game  35 of the packs had been reinstalled. I've repaired the game again and again but I can't seem to get the packs back. 

does anyone have any advice? I'm bedbound and haven't much else to do but play sims and I would really like my game back.

I would add screenshots but it won't let me take them of the load game screen.
