Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

I purchased the Enchanted By Nature Pack and the Bust the Dust Kit yesterday, downloaded and everything. I opened my game and everything was working fine, I was excited to play the new pack. I even got an order confirmation and the money was taken out of my bank account. Why is it that when I go to play the game today, the packs are missing? I restarted my computer, repaired my game, even checked my storage, but yet nothing. I even try to re-download them and the EA app says there's an error??? Like what?! So i close the app and reopen it, now it's saying that I need to re-purchase the pack and kit. I'm not doing that especially if the money was already taken out of my account. I've seen this issue pop up alot on my TikTok and Facebook feed recently and I never thought it would happen to me.
