I need help to disconnect an old email address

My old EA account is still connected to my PlayStation account/twitch account I now have a new EA account and I need to connect my PlayStation/twitch account to my new EA account but I don't have access to my old EA account

    Same boat. Made a case for it which now says resolved but nothings changed
