EA Mass effect 3 product error

So I've owned all the mass effects for a while now, I've recently done another play through ME1 AND ME2 downloaded fine and I was able to open them however when I downloaded ME3 it's asking for a product key code to even open the game. I've owned these games for years, I can't seem to find a solution for the issue I've repaired the game and even redownloaded, yet it keeps asking for a product key code when I've purchased these games years ago.

Is there someway to fix this? I don't think EA has live chat support help.
