Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

I re-downloaded the Sims today after having to delete it due to storage issues, and my packs seem to be playing up. 

When I open the game, all of my Steam packs are loaded and working fine, but all of my EA App packs say they aren't installed when they are. I have tried to uninstall the game on both steam and EA App, running it through steam and then EA App first, but nothing seems to be working.

 

Any help would be so appreciated!

    oh i seem to countered this problem before. i tried as u did but nothing works, but then I went to logged out my ea account for sims 4. then logged in and changed my password and it seemd to resolved it. Prolly it just need u to refreshed ur account.

    Same issue here! I have a few packs from steam as well and they seem to be working perfectly fine, my ea app ones are having the exact same issue.
