Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game

I have a similar issue. The packs/worlds I own are installed but in the game, it say's they're not installed and I can't access them. I've reinstalled everything and even done repairs but there's no fix to it

Jenni_TLC​ Go to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection to activate
