This looks like conflicts with CC/mods to me. Please try the following steps 1) Remove mods/CC, 2) clear your cache, 3) repair the game via Origin, 4) start a new save and test the objects. If they are okay now, then you can test which mods/CC caused the problem by re-adding them, one at a time, and testing. If you find the one(s) with problems, you should let the CC creator know so that they can be updated.
