If you move your mouse over the game> click on the little "i" > scroll down> you should see all your expansion packs and stuff packs in there.
I already tried that. I tried about everything basically... The pack is next to the Luxury one but there's a little plus above to purchase it. But I payed the 10 euro's. I'm not paying double ☹️

@GoderisLieselot I think the best you can do is to contact EA's official support. You have the email saying you have paid for it, so you shouldn't have any problem with them.

Wait it doesn't give you an option to buy in 'my games'.
- Go to the 'my games' tab in Origin.
- Hover over your 'The Sims 4'.
You'll see a little screen come up with an 'i' and a 'play/download/install' button.
- Click on the 'i', you'll be taken to a different screen.
- Scroll a bit down and there you'll see all your expansions, game packs and stuff packs.
Make sure you do that.
If it's really not there, you need to go to paypal.com and check if the game was bought.
Make a screenshot of your payment page, and contact EA:
http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
If you don't see it in PayPal, you never bought the game.
