Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I recently just re installed THE SIMS 4 on my computer and when i installed it back none of my expansions packs were there, i looked on google and did the manage thing and clicked repair and all of the above , how can i get those expansion packs back and how can i reload my families back or do i have to completely start over? EA help a girl out

    Hey madisonwise12​ are you sure that you have installed the game from your primary account?

    Could be the case that you have more than one EA account and logged into one with just the base game.
