@GoderisLieselot I think the best you can do is to contact EA's official support. You have the email saying you have paid for it, so you shouldn't have any problem with them.

The payment passed, I saw it on my monthly letter from the bank (VISA, credit card) and it was taken off my account so I definitely payed it 🙂- Phantomlover171711 years agoLegend
