(PC) Constant Crashes

DarthEmpress​  The python37_x64.dll error points to the issue with motherboard-overclocked CPUs I mentioned before.  Specifically, the CPU Turbo Boost option in the BIOS Advanced settings is the culprit.  This is not the only cause of the python errors, but it's far and away the most common right now.  So please disable CPU Turbo Boost and see whether it helps.

Even if you wouldn't want to keep using this setting, it would at least tell us that this is the problem, and there might be a better way to address it.  As a practical matter, you wouldn't lose noticeable performance in most contexts, including most games, but perhaps you do have a use case where you want or need all available CPU power.
