@puzzlezaddict I had done a memory diagnostic on August 24th.. I hadn't thought about uploading the results.. until you told me to do, so I just did (should I re-do it today just to double check?)
PS: how big does the memory/USB stick have to be for the Mem tool?

@Madamelee MemTest86 is more reliable, so I wouldn't feel confident that your memory is fine unless you run it as well. The USB stick only needs to be 512 MB or greater, and most of them these days are at least 4 GB, so unless you're using a really old one, you should be fine.

I haven't used memory86test yet but i did check a theory I have.. and uninstalled and re-installed Sims 4 and all the packs I have. I booted up the computer and using an EA sims only, I got from 20mins down to 07:13mins before it acted up.. So I guess its a RAM issue

@Madamelee This may be a RAM issue, but it could also still be an issue with the motherboard, or the processor, or perhaps something else that hasn't been showing up on the tests. I think at this point, it's probably best for you to take the computer to a shop to get it checked out. There's only so much we can do over the internet, both in terms of tests you can run and in terms of the tools available to measure. A computer shop could test each component individually fairly quickly and at the very least tell you which one isn't working properly.

@Madamelee You may need to boot into BIOS first to set your computer to boot from the USB, or you might be able to bring up a boot menu while the computer is restarting. Please see these instructions:
