PC Initialization error at start up - [135dec40:598068e4:00000078:37b26003]

@Temprah This is usually a permissions issue, as in, Origin or the game doesn't have the permissions necessary to write data. Try the suggestions here:

Start with the Controlled Folder Access settings and disabling or setting exceptions in any antivirus/firewall you have running.
