Black screen after loading screen.

The game acts like it's going to open normally but then it is just a completely black screen. I have tried repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleted the localthumbfilescache, synced my one drive, renamed the Sims 4 document folder to sims 4 old. Oh and I cleared my mods folder I did that first. Nothing has made any difference the game is completely broken and I'm so frustrated I could cry.
