Cubanbe92 Thanks for the dxdiag. Most of the Sims 4 errors it lists are crashes that point to python37_x64.dll, and these are common on high-end Intel processors that the motherboard may overclock by default. Sometimes a BIOS update fixes the issue, so please look for an update and install it if you find one. I believe this is your board:

Your dxdiag lists your BIOS version as M.40, so I can't tell whether you have the most recent version. (This is an issue with how MSI lists BIOS versions in general.) But your computer may list the full version elsewhere.
If that doesn't help, or you already have the newest BIOS installed, please boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which should be somewhere under Advanced settings.
