[PC] Unable to Access the Sims 4 Gallery

Hi! I'll do my best to be clear as possible.

I'm an adult (18+ years) living in the United States (my EA profile shows this). I've been able to access the Sims 4 gallery before.

Today I noticed I'm unable to access the Sims 4 Gallery.

This means I cannot download new sims or lots, and I cant access gallery profiles, not even my own. I cannot upload to the gallery either.

Solutions I have tried include:

1) Repairing the game. I have tried to right click and select 'repair game' on my computer origin application.

2) Factory resetting. I was still unable to access the gallery.

3) Making sure my Origin application was still online. I provided a screenshot that is highlighting the option to 'Go Offline.' This implies I am online. 

4) Making sure my Origin account is registered as an adult. I provided a screenshot that says EA/Origin acknowledges me as an adult. This screenshot also provides my computer specs.

5) Going to (in Sims 4 game) 'Menu>Game Options>Other' to select 'Online Features Access.' I'm unable to do this. This option isn't available for me.

6) Removing all my mods/custom content. I was still unable to access the gallery.
