Mermaidgirl222 The first one will run Sims 4 better because its graphics chip is faster, and that's the limiting factor with both of these systems, and most computers as well. The second one, however, has the advantage of 16 GB RAM, which while not absolutely essential to Sims 4, will help somewhat, and it will also make multitasking easier.
I would suggest looking for something with Intel Xe graphics and 16 GB RAM, or one of these AMD CPUs:
- Ryzen 5 5500U, 56xxU, 7530U
- Ryzen 7 4800U, 5700U, 7730U
These have graphics chip that are equivalent to or slightly faster than the one in the first system you've listed. Anything in this category should be able to run the game on medium-high to high graphics settings even with all current packs installed; the iGPU in the second system you've listed is significantly slower.
