phone number for HELP!!!

Does anybody know the number to EA.com and will actually have a LIVE person answer or call you back?! Daughter is having trouble installing sims4 games. spent over $200 on these games and cannot get them installed and am beyond frustrated because when you call the number you cant even talk to a live person.. someone help PLEASE!!!!

What country are you in ? It's not available to all countries.

The online chat option is available to all. I believe the call back is only available during business hours (9AM to 9PM?)
