Picking an occult in Cas randomizes everyday outfit

When clicked pick an occult and then clicked vampire it randomized my sims everyday outfit. I tried it for every other occult. The same thing happened when I clicked merfolk, spellcaster and werewolf. It did not happen when I clicked alien or fairy. It also randomizes eye color, makeup and accessories. I do not have mods or custom content. I have most packs. I had made occult sims this same way just before the most recent. This problem did not occur.
