Planet Honey Pop showing as hole in the ground

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Locate Planet Honey Pop in map or when traveling to fashion district in City Living.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bar Planet Honey Pop in from city living expansion is showing as an “incomplete lot.” The lot itself is completely glitched, showing as a small patch of grass that turns into a giant hole in the ground. It appears this way on the map, in build mode, and when traveled to. I haven’t edited the lot in any way; this is how it appeared when I installed the expansion. I have a small amount of cc (only clothes, none for builds) and no mods.
What do you expect to see? Planet Honey Pop bar appearing as an intact building
