Play with ea game launcher

Hello!!  I would like to be able to play The sims 4 with EA launcher but it always asks me to have the epic games launcher. I already unlinked the two accs and  I even reset my compiuter but it didn...

    Hey there @zorolys 

    It sounds like you may need to have the base game re-added to your account so you can access that again through the EA app- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account info, but the live support team can take a look with you.

    Please reach out to live support for more help on this from the site here- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further details to reference.
