Hi I need help please,
I tried to play the sims 4 this morning but it wouldn't open. So I checked my Sims 4 folder and it is completely empty? No folders, no saves, nothing. I have searched my computer and can only find some things, like the config folder. But I can't find most of it, what do I do?
Run a repair in the EA App. Click the three dots in the upper right corner and select Repair.
Thank you, my sims is opening now but all my saves are lost ☹️. oh well

I'm not saying you'll find them, but it's possible, and you can also check your OneDrive settings to make sure it's not interfering with your Sims 4 data.
