Re: Kits purchased from Marketplace don't appear on EA app

so i have purchased kits and stuff packs from the sims store and they arent showing on the ea app but the expansion packs and game packs ive bought from the sims store are showing. ive cleared my cache ive went offline and online ive even went into the regional settings hit edit and save ive repaired the game multiple times and they still arent syncing together and cause of this it tells me i dont have content downloaded when i get stuff off the gallery but when it shows what packs etc used it shows i own them. can someone please help im getting so frustrated over this. do i need to send an email to ea and show them proof ive bought the stuff

    they arent cause i purchased moola through ea app and went to the sims store and got the kits. the kits i purchased from sims store is the content that i keep getting told im missing when im trying to place lots down but ive even went to my collection and uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing ugh. my EP, my game packs and my stuff packs show up now on my EA App. the kits ive purchased through the ea app work just fine, its th ekits ive purchased with moola thorugh marketplace im having issues with its telling me i dont own that content when i do

    Open the EA App. Select Sims 4 and click manage then Manage AddOns. Click download on those that are currently not downloaded.
