Plumbob Loading Screen take too long to load when selecting a household

Hi, I'm really upset with The Sims 4 😢 it won't let me past the plumbob loading screen after selecting the households! After I've installed The Sims 4 last week I was so happy and excited. But when I try to open it, it says my origin is not running but I already solved that problem. But, after I install the crack and I can open the game and create a sim (I was so happy) after created a sims, I tries to play the household and it load.. For the beginning I thought it was normal to load that long but I started to feel something wasn't right. And then wala!! I can't past the plumbob loading screen.. I've been waited it for about 4 hour's and nothing happens 😢😢
