Plumbob Park

Hi my name is Craig Torlay and im having problems with the interactive USB plumbob from the collectors edition of Sims 4 and wonder if you could help. I plug the plumbob in and it lights up but my computer comes up with a message saying it has failed to recognize it. I setup and played game and might i say is flawless, just disappointed with the plumbob and wondering if you could help. thanks
