@Elizagamergirl98 Do you have laptop mode enabled in the graphics settings? That's a known issue:

I have no idea, how do you check that? Is it automatic on laptops?
@Elizagamergirl98 Laptop mode is not automatic on a laptop; it depends on how the game rates the laptop's hardware. To check, load the game to the Main Menu, click the three dots to open Options, then Game Options > Graphics. The box for laptop mode is in the lower right corner.
