Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Spooky Stuff, Celebration Stuff, Ghoulish Guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the Main Menu, select Game Options, go to Other section, try to login to Facebook
What happens when the bug occurs? Log In to Facebook option is greyed out. When you hover over the Facebook icon, it says "Facebook service unavailable."
What do you expect to see? Log In to Facebook option should be available and working.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I am unable to login to Facebook, the option is greyed out and when you hover over the Facebook icon, it says "Facebook service unavailable." Is there a config file I can delete that might restore access?
