Pre-Ordered Get to Work but it won't download

So I Pre-ordered Sims 4 Get to Work about an hour or so ago as it comes out tomorrow, the whole thing went smoothly and all that until it got to the end bit where it says download, so I clicked it so...

Depends where you are. It isn't released for me yet (only going to be released tomorrow).

You can check on when it will be available for you in Origin:

  • go to your My Games
  • Right-click Sims 4 and choose View Game Details
  • Scroll down to Expansion Packs
  • Hover over Get to Work - it should tell you when it'll be available
