I purchased Enchanted by Nature several weeks ago.The game says that it has been purchased.The EA app says that it has been installed.I have tried repairing the game, uninstalling the pack, reinstalling the EA app, and clearing the cache, and have done these things several times. I do not have any mods. Yet I still do not have access to that pack in game play

This is happening to me too with the cats and dogs pack, i have no idea how to fix it!! ive tried everything and it wont show up

HI rebelshope can you check in Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection if it's activated ? If not, activate it.

Expansion Pack Not Accessible
