Pregnant Sim gives birth but baby won't appear

Hi, My sim already give birth once, twins. That was before the toodlers update. After the update, my sim get pregnant again ; when it was time to deliver, i clicked on the cradle to have the baby :...

Ok so I tried to remove every mod I had, it didn't worked at first but now it's fine.

I found out that the MC Command Center (v.3.0.3) mod was the problem ; since it's very powerfull and modify a lot of things in the progression. Remove the mod will fix the problem. Luckily, an updated version of this mod (v.3.0.4) was released today (you can find it here), I tested it : no more disappearing baby 😉

I’ve just clicked that blank box too see what it was too, I’ve used the sim.add_buff buff_pregnancy_inlabor soooooo many times to make her have a baby an it does the music like it’s coming but no baby appears. The sad noodles kept coming up, said baby whisked away. I think it auto neglects them an games them away, surely there’s a way to reset or undo this without mods. I don’t use them
