Then it's probably your graphics card that's using all that RAM.

Hi @sunneva05,
Your DxDiag only shows one graphic card.
Your computer is detecting 8GB of RAM but can only use 3GB. I'd suggest running a Windows memory diagnostic to check RAM's health:
-Search "Windows Memory Diagnostic" on the Start menu and run it. Your computer will restart and the it will run the test. When you login again, you'll get the diagnostic's results.
