Problem with custom content download

We are trying to download custom content from the Sims Resource page, but continue receiving this error message:

"The download session has expired

The download countdown completed but the session is no longer valid, this is most likely due to another was started after this one."

We have uninstalled and reinstalled Sims 4 per another email to Sims support. Please let me know if TSR is having server issues or if there is another problem. Thanks.

    TSR is a third party site and EA does not provide support for those.
