problem with growing together pack

hi 

I have tried to contact sims help multiple of times but I haven't gotten a reply back nor have anyone tried to fix it I have brought growing together when it first came out but there was a problem with the payment I am unable to download the pack even though I paid for it. please fix it or refund me so that I can buy it again

    If it's stuck in a processing state, you'll need to reach out to live support so they can review your billing information and see what's going on- here on AHQ, we don't have access to your account details to take a look with you.

    @maygangray3  I mean you cannot install or run the EA App on your phone.  You need to download it to a computer, one that runs Windows or macOS, and install and open it on that computer.

    Hi @maygangray3 

    Once you've installed the EA app on your computer, you'll need to login with your EA account that you had originally purchased your Sims content on. After you're logged in, you can access and download The Sims and your DLC to your computer from your game library in the EA app.
