I'm having a similar experience. I ran into a separate glitch of not being able to assign animal to shed, so based on another's recommendation, I moved my mods folder to test it. After moving the mods folder to desktop, deleting cache, etc. I could resume my game but for some reason it was with a family I barely play. When I went to manage worlds to try to load my active household, I just got an infinite loading screen. However, I could load another residential lot no problem. I also moved my active household to an empty EA-created lot, but still couldn't load them. Weirdly when I put the mods folder back in, I was able to get back into my active household. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
