problems with the sims 4

hello, I again have problems with playing the sims 4. After you start the game by clicking on the house to play and on the play button, the game does not load. Or rather, it is the diamond of loading, but then the screen returns to the main menu.

Yesterday, while I was playing, I realized that once carried the interaction "choose clothes" time returning back and I erased the days vissute. the sims were the scene of "granite falls" so I made them go back to "willow creek" and is since then that I can no longer play.
