Product code already used?

Hey guys. So on my laptop, I installed sims 4 with no problem. Sadly, my computer had an issue so we had to reset the whole laptop (So it's practically the same as it was when we first bought it). I had to redownload origin. I put the Sims 4 disc in and it told me in order to download it I had to have my product code. So I got my product code again and typed it in. But now it won't let me play because my code "Has already been used". This makes me very mad. Help!!

  • Does the game still show up on your Origin client in myGames ?

    If not, try the following things (test if it's there after every step)

    • Log out and back in and make sure you use your email address and not your username to login.
    • Restart Origin
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router
    • Contact a game advisor (see below)
