Product Code needed

@FeistyDeadlySins There should have been a slip of paper in the jewel box that the disc came in. If you never activated the game there is no way EA customer service will be able to recover that code. The fastest way would be to redouble your efforts to find the case. You could return the game from where you purchased it and claim the code was not there. You could call EA customer service and claim the dog ate your homework and they may give you a new code.
