Promo code/ email problems
I had to delete my first email I used for Origin but I forgot to change my email to my new one so I thought I could just make another account but when clicked the sims that was already in my tabs it had me activate the game again so I went to type in my code and it says its already used.
Yes your serial is connected to your Origin account.
If you could prove you own the serial that comes with the game EA might just help you move the game.
