Ps4 vs laptop

I have the sims 4 game on my computer but I also have it on my ps4. I bought the sims 4 city living on my ps4 but it’s not showing up on my computer only on my ps4. Someone please help!!

    The two platforms are incompatible. If you want City Living on your PC you must buy it there.
