Hello, the game shows I purchased Get to Work twice on my order history, and it isn’t even showing up in my game. I tried to repair the game using EA app and it still isn’t showing up? How do I access my purchased packs when they aren’t showing up and show they’re not purchased. Also I would like a refund since it charge me for the expansion pack twice.

First let's try clearing the cache for the EA app as well as logging out and back in. If you're still not seeing Get to Work, please run an EA Error Report following these steps and provide your Report ID for me.
As for the duplicate purchase, that's something live support can look into with you to process a refund, you can contact the team here for more help on that.
