Purchased Stuff Pack showing as "unowned"

I purchased the Kids Room Stuff pack a few years ago. However when I have tried to open Sims 4 today, it is saying that pack is "unowned"

This is preventing me from opening old save files that has used items from that pack, as the Origin/EA App/download file doesnt think i own the pack.

I have the new EA App, I have updated Sims 4, I have tried repairing the game, i've tried restarting my laptop, but it is still saying i no longer own the game.

Hey all,

This issue should now be resolved, if you still can't access Dine Out please let us know.

I'm not sure what DDX means... But no I got 6 more months of the membership as I chose to quit the membership now the games I already bought prior are the ones I get with the membership. It was explained to me when I wrote to EA Help on twitter, that Dine Out is removed and replaced with Get To Work. It's a change made as the basegame became free to play on October 18th. Very frustrating...
