Purchased Stuff Pack showing as "unowned"

I purchased the Kids Room Stuff pack a few years ago. However when I have tried to open Sims 4 today, it is saying that pack is "unowned" This is preventing me from opening old save files that has...

I'm not sure what DDX means... But no I got 6 more months of the membership as I chose to quit the membership now the games I already bought prior are the ones I get with the membership. It was explained to me when I wrote to EA Help on twitter, that Dine Out is removed and replaced with Get To Work. It's a change made as the basegame became free to play on October 18th. Very frustrating...
