You can only have CC if it is installed in your Mods folder so look what you have got there.
I only have seven CC items as well as three mods. All of which I installed after I knew the random CC was in my game. Maybe I should try moving my mods folder out of The Sims 4 folder?
Ok so, I figured out where the CC was coming from after I double-checked the page of a mod. It turns out that the CC was supposed to be there because of a feature in that mod. I am quite sorry about this, as it was an error on my end. Thank you for your help though!
