HawkeyBoo  Your dxdiag is full of crashes that may not be related to Sims 4 at all.  Razer's Game Manager Service 3 is crashing, so please uninstall it for now.  Please also disable Alienware Customer Connect and Dell's Core Services; you can kill them in the Task Manager.  They'll probably restart with Windows, but they should stay off until then.  Let me know if they don't.

The Sims 4 crash in the Event Viewer lists python37_x64.dll as the faulting module, and this type of crash is associated with high-end Intel processors that the motherboard overclocks by default.  The overclock is unstable and causes crashing in Sims 4 and (sometimes) elsewhere.  Sometimes a BIOS update helps, and I believe one is available for your computer.  Go here:

    https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-ie/product/alienware-aurora-r15-desktop/drivers

To make sure you're looking at the correct driver download page, click This Device, enter your service tag, and look for a BIOS update.  Your current version is 1.14.1, and it appears that the latest version is 1.18.  If that's true, install the new BIOS and test the game again.  Here's a guide from Dell:

    https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/alienware-aurora-r15-desktop/alienware-aurora-r15-service-manual/updating-the-bios?guid=guid-02b5a40c-5646-47ac-83a3-1ac8fb44d774&lang=en-us

If that doesn't help, please boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which will be under Advanced Settings.  To boot into BIOS, restart your computer, and click F2 quickly and repeatedly until you see the BIOS screen.
